The barn has one main lower level and three additional floors that can be used or setup to your liking. The top floor was designed to be a dance floor and overlooks the lower floors that can be used for dining, buffet, bar area, etc.
The top floor is wired for bands/DJ’s and has crystal chandeliers and Edison bulb lighting.
The bottom floor is concrete and offers newly renovated bathrooms and photo booth area!
The barn maintains its rustic charm so the temperature is determined by the weather that day. No air conditioning (except in bridal suite) or heat. Large fans are provided.
Our bridal suite was completed in July 2018 and provides a space for the bridal party to get ready or just hang out and enjoy the day. This space is air conditioned!

Renovated corn crib to use for outside wedding services.
The front lawn is open and can be used to setup outdoor seating, tents, etc.
There is an authentic springhouse, milk house and corn crib that can be great backdrops for pictures!
Parking area is provided. The main lot is located near Preston Hwy with a short walk down the hill to the barn. Additional parking is available behind the barn as well.
Included: round tables for guests, rectangular tables for food/beverages, chairs for seating up to 150 people. Table linens are also available for rental on site, we can provide alternative options if desired.
Event insurance/liquor liability and licensed bartenders required. You may use your own catering service. References can be provided, if needed.
